We interview potential tenants as thoroughly as if we were interviewing them for a job. That’s very important because we want the best tenants for our landlords. They have to be in full time employment with a contract for at least 6 months and have an excellent credit score, be non smokers and no pets. Our reference checks are stringent, we contact their employer and any previous landlords or letting agents they have rented with.
